We provide management and consulting services for your technical and production requirements for live, large and special events.
The technical manager and production manager play separate but overlapping roles and must work side-by-side to bring together a successful event that runs smoothly, on time and to budget. In the case of smaller events these two roles can carried out by one person.
The role of the production manager is to oversee the logistical management of your event.
The Production Manager is responsible for:
- Scheduling and running the bump in / out,
- Managing and liaising with all suppliers, venue, and site management
- OHS / Risk management
- Budgeting of operational elements / tendering / quotation and supplier negotiation
The technical manager is in charge of implementing all the technical requirements, and needs specific knowledge and qualifications in this area.
The Technical Manager is responsible for:
- Ensuring the design and operation of the lighting, audio, video, staging and special effects are compatible
- Detailing the exact technical requirements needed to make your event concept a reality
- Ensuring that all the technical designs are implemented and delivered correctly according to the specific design
