Good communication is the back-bone of every successful event. Whether it’s a large-scale citywide event, arena production or a corporate function, every event needs to have a Communication System implemented behind the scenes. We can design and manage your communication requirements at any scale.

Design:

A Communications System Designer is responsible for:
  • Outlining the details of who needs to talk to whom at your event, and how they are going to do it
  • Consulting with the users directly to learn about how they operate to tailor the most effective system
  • Developing a matrix of users (up to hundreds and thousands for large events) to identify the type of Communications system most suitable
  • Producing a design for very large events that caters for multiple networks and enables links or exchanges between various systems

Delivery:

The design and delivery of an efficient communications system goes hand in hand. In a large-scale environment the requirements are constantly changing so the system design and operation must accommodate these fluctuating needs. Our personnel are experienced and qualified to identify and resolve any changes or problems as they arise.

Fusion Entertainment provides management of the communications system in addition to, or independently of the systems design.  We are able to provide the necessary technical elements and communications equipment through the use of our supplier partners, and have successfully delivered systems for major events across Australia and the world.
